Every girl deserves to feel beautiful, special, valued and loved.  That's the goal of the Be Happy Boutique.  On a date to be determined, we'll be taking over Kirk Hall at the Douglas County Events Center and filling it with hundreds of beautiful formal dresses for homecoming, prom and more.
